General update 27th August 2021

I have heard from Barry Mcinnes that the COREbots (https://therapymeetsnumbers.com/the-core-bots-have-arrived/) seem to be running fine but not getting much publicity and use so I'm encouraging people interested in online CORE data input to give them a spin and give Barry feedback if you do. As of the beginning of this month I was awarded a visiting chair in the Universidad de Las Américas (UDLA) in Quito, Ecuador coming out of a lot of work with Dr. Clara Paz there. In July Clara Paz Clara won the first SPR (Society for Psychotherapy research) Marna Barrett award (http://marnabarrettaward.com/) and we are going to use that funding to develop a simple system to support use of CORE (and eventually other) measures in therapies and therapy research in Spanish, hoping particularly to support work in Latin America and in Spanish. When usable things emerge we will announce that here and on the main CORE site (www.coresystemtrust.org.uk). Another great thing coming out of the link with UDLA is that they are funding some support for development of the CORE site so expect to see that improve markedly through the rest of this year.
